CoralTree Hospitality Group is seeking a skilled Shift Engineer for Pier Sixty-Six Resort in Fort Lauderdale. The role focuses on maintaining luxury standards across mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, ensuring safety and guest comfort, and supporting a high-end marina environment.

You will manage preventative maintenance, respond to guest requests, and collaborate with contractors while adhering to local codes and OSHA guidelines.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years in luxury hotel or resort engineering maintenance.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems; carpentry helpful.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to guest repair requests promptly and communicate effectively to resolve issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance on tools and equipment and ensure top working condition.
• Troubleshoot and repair MEP systems including pumps, motors and HVAC units.
• Handle electrical system maintenance including switches, outlets, and device setup.
• Use lockout/tagout procedures to ensure safety during maintenance.
• Coordinate with outside contractors for repairs beyond routine maintenance.
