The role involves preventive maintenance, responding to requests, and performing repairs across guest rooms, public areas, and meeting spaces.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of building maintenance experience, with knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of building maintenance experience.
• Hospitality/hotel maintenance experience preferred.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to maintenance requests.
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections.
• Troubleshoot repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Inspect equipment and report safety concerns or needs for contractors.
• Repair drywall, paint, and finish surfaces as needed.
• Assist with maintenance of kitchen and laundry equipment.
• Support life-safety system inspections and maintenance.
