Job summary

Peachtree Group's Homewood Suites by Hilton Prattville is opening and seeks an Engineering Supervisor to lead daily maintenance and safety operations. You will oversee refrigeration, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and energy use while supporting preventive maintenance programs and guest comfort.

As a hands-on leader, you’ll ensure projects meet specifications, enforce OSHA lockout-tagout procedures, and maintain equipment logs.

Qualifications

Oversee daily maintenance operations for hotel facilities.
Support preventative maintenance programs and energy monitoring.
Ensure safety procedures and OSHA lockout-tagout practices are followed.
Perform guestroom and public area preventive maintenance as required.
Maintain accurate logs and documentation of maintenance activities.
Coordinate with Chief Engineer and managers to meet project timelines.

Responsibilities

Provides professional and courteous service.
Maintains all maintenance and preventative maintenance issues across facilities (HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, etc.).
Monitors energy consumption (electric, gas, water).
Ensures projects are completed to specifications and on time.
Performs maintenance checks and logs accurately.
Reports safety concerns to supervisor immediately.
Ensures proper inventory control of keys and equipment.
Participates in maintenance programs for event spaces and kitchens.
Attends staff meetings and completes projects as assigned.
