Job summary

Peachtree Group Hospitality Management is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor for our new Homewood Suites by Hilton Prattville opening team. You will lead and train Room Attendants and Housepersons, inspect guestrooms, and ensure rooms are clean and welcoming to guests.

This hands-on role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to outstanding hospitality. You will collaborate with Engineering/Operations to maintain guest areas and support service excellence.

Qualifications

• Leads, trains, and supervises Room Attendants and Housepersons to meet cleanliness standards.
• Inspects guestrooms and public areas for quality and safety.
• Maintains organization and inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Requires ability to operate a computer for reporting and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train and supervise Room Attendants and Housepersons on floors to ensure rooms meet standards.
• Assess inventory, assign rooms for cleaning, and inspect status of rooms.
• Coordinate with Engineering/Property Operations for maintenance needs.
• Perform Room Attendant duties when needed and balance workload.
• Inspect 25 to 80 rooms per day to ensure quality.

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead and inspect guestrooms, ensuring every room is clean, comfortable, inviting, and ready to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for leading, training, and supervising Room Attendants and Housepersons in the hotel's ongoing effort to provide outstanding guest service and maximize operational success. This hands‑on leadership position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality. The ideal candidate is passionate about developing team members, ensuring quality standards are met, and creating a welcoming environment that exceeds guest expectations.

• Lead, train and supervise Room Attendants and House persons on a floor or designated area to ensure all rooms and public areas meet established cleanliness and quality standards.
• Assess inventory of, assign for cleaning, and inspect rooms.
• Verify and report status and/or discrepancies of rooms.
• Monitor stock rooms and carts and designated inventories.
• Communicate and coordinate with Engineering/ Property Operations to ensure efficient maintenance and repair of items related to guest rooms and public areas.
• Perform Room Attendant and/or House person duties, as needed.
• Ability to inspect 25 to 80 rooms per day.
• Ability to clean rooms, when needed
• Physically able to move and/or operate large objects, such as housekeeping carts, suite furniture, large bags of linen, vacuum cleans and boxes of inventory
• Knowledge of and ability to operate a computer.
