Qualifications

• Oversee daily maintenance operations and preventative maintenance programs.
• Maintain high standards of facility performance and guest satisfaction.
• Follow OSHA lock out-tag out procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provides professional and courteous service at all times.
• Oversees maintenance issues: refrigeration, heating, plumbing, water treatment, A/C units, lighting, equipment, and generators.
• Monitors consumption of electric, gas and water.
• Ensures projects are completed on time and to specification.
• Performs guestroom and public area preventive maintenance services as outlined for the hotel.
• Reports safety and security concerns to the Chief Engineer or Manager on Duty.
• Maintains cleanliness and orderliness of workspace and storage areas.
• Attends monthly staff meetings.
