Responsibilities include overseeing maintenance activities, coordinating preventative maintenance for refrigeration, heating, plumbing, water treatment and A/C units, and ensuring smooth operations of front and back of house

• Maintains all maintenance and preventative maintenance issues: refrigeration, heating, plumbing, water treatment, preventative maintenance, convention center front and back of house spaces, A/C units, ice machines.
