Job summary

The Magnum Ice Cream Company is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance across production areas in Sikeston, MO. You will ensure safe, reliable equipment operation and drive preventive maintenance, safety and continuous improvement initiatives.

You will mentor technicians and coordinate with Operations to minimize downtime, while maintaining quality and cost controls. Strong technical skills and leadership are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree or technical certification preferred.
• 3–5 years of maintenance leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safety & Compliance: Lead safety-first culture; ensure OSHA, environmental and food safety compliance.
• Maintenance Leadership: Direct and coach maintenance staff; develop skills and leadership.
• Equipment Reliability & Asset Management: Lead preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance; optimize asset utilization.
• Operational Support: Collaborate with Production, Quality, Engineering and Utilities; support startups and outages.
• Planning & Execution: Plan downtime, scope work orders, manage contractors; maintain records.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and cost-saving initiatives.
