This 24/7 facility requires night-shift availability and involves diagnosing, repairing, and preventive maintenance of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and PLC-controlled equipment across the plant.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree or 1 year tech training in electrical/mechanical fields preferred.
• Minimum 3 years industrial maintenance experience.
• Food manufacturing experience preferred.
• Must pass NOCTI exam if interviewed onsite.

Responsibilities

• Responds to equipment-related problems and performs repair and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Repairs equipment in processing or packaging operations.
• Tests operation of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical devices to diagnose issues.
• Dismantles and reassembles equipment; replaces faulty components.
• Monitors temperatures and equipment logs; maintains preventive maintenance schedules.
• Troubleshoots PLC-controlled equipment using diagnostic tools.
• Uses testing instruments (e.g., voltmeter, mega-ohm meter) to diagnose problems.
