Job summary

Atrium Hospitality’s Nashville Residence Inn location is seeking a maintenance professional to support HVAC, plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, and water treatment systems. You will help plan preventive maintenance, inspect rooms and equipment, and ensure crews have the right tools for repairs.

The role requires 1+ year in maintenance/engineering, strong troubleshooting, and a willingness to lead by example. A HS diploma and relevant certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of maintenance or engineering experience.
• Prior supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certification preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills.
• Willingness to lead by example and complete technician-level tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with managing building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, and water treatment.
• Help plan and evaluate preventive maintenance schedules.
• Conduct room and equipment inspections and identify repair needs.
• Ensure team members have needed tools and supplies through approved platforms.
• Coach and support maintenance associates in alignment with Atrium’s Core Values.
