Job summary

FM is seeking an Engineering Standards Processing Manager to lead the team responsible for publishing and maintaining Engineering Standards, Operating Standards, and Data Sheets that support our engineering field operations and client-facing loss prevention guidance worldwide.

You will partner with engineers, editors, and operations leaders to manage publication cycles, improve governance, and drive initiatives that enhance quality, efficiency, and scalability, while advancing Tridion adoption

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading content operations, publishing, or technical documentation.
• Strong project management experience with cross-functional coordination.
• Experience managing technical content workflows, version controls, and data integrity.
• Proven leadership of teams in a collaborative environment.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
• Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Experience with Tridion or similar CMS is a plus.
• Knowledge of XML, Adobe Professional, and SharePoint preferred.
• Experience leveraging automation or AI to improve workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team responsible for engineering content operations and production.
• Oversee end-to-end publication lifecycle for standards and client-facing DataSheets.
• Ensure content quality, governance, data integrity, and on-time delivery.
• Coordinate translation, priorities, and cross-functional dependencies.
• Collaborate with engineers, editors, multimedia specialists, and operations teams.
• Drive process improvement and adoption of new technologies such as Tridion.
• Translate requirements into actionable plans and priorities.
