Job summary

IS International is seeking a Manager, CSC Engineering to lead the engineering function within the Commissioning Support Center. You will drive standards, procedures, and continuous improvement across fleet commissioning activities, aligning engineering, planning, and commissioning teams for quality and risk reduction.

You will provide technical leadership, oversee control systems guidance, and mentor engineers while shaping tooling, analytics, and digital capabilities to enhance fleet

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering.
• Minimum 8–12 years of experience in power plant engineering, commissioning, or field operations.
• Strong background in control systems, commissioning processes, and technical procedure development.
• Experience with root cause analysis and troubleshooting of complex systems.
• Demonstrated experience leading engineering teams and cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and continuous improvement of engineering standards and work practices for commissioning.
• Ensure consistency and quality of engineering procedures, specifications, and methodologies.
• Serve as technical authority for CSC engineering decisions and governance.
• Oversee creation and maintenance of commissioning procedures and standards.
• Drive process improvements based on field feedback, lessons learned, and nonconformities.
• Provide oversight and technical guidance for control systems, including logic development and integration.
• Lead and mentor engineering team members, developing technical depth across key disciplines.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with planning and commissioning teams.
