AbbVie seeks a senior engineering leader to provide direction for the site's engineering department, oversee staff, and drive capital projects within GMP manufacturing. You will interpret site directives, shape engineering strategy, and foster a high-performance culture across functions.

Responsibilities include developing talent, managing budgets, ensuring EHS/quality compliance, and collaborating with cross-functional partners to deliver plant initiatives and continuous improvement.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or closely related field.
• 8+ years in engineering with progressive leadership and project management.
• Ability to interact with Senior Management and external stakeholders.
• Business acumen and leadership to drive high performance.

Responsabilidades

• Provide daily leadership to the Project Engineering Department with management and project oversight.
• Drive the engineering department to meet site strategies, budgets, and delivery goals.
• Lead capital project definition, RCE development, design, and commissioning compliance.
• Ensure compliance with policies, quality, EHS and GMP requirements.
• Mitigate risk with early design reviews and fallback strategies.
• Recommend and implement cost-saving, efficiency-building engineering controls.
• Collaborate with peers to plan budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
