Job summary

Southern States, LLC is seeking a detail‑oriented clerical assistant to support the engineering team. You will perform data entry, load bills of materials, print drawings from digital files, scan and file documents, and help maintain records and databases.

The ideal candidate has an associates or technical degree in business or a related field, at least one year of related experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and CAD/BOM.
