Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
• 1–2 years of sales or customer service experience.
• Must be detail-oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Mechanical aptitude or technical inclination.

• Experience with Microsoft AX is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Complete an extensive, hands-on training program.
• Respond to inbound requests from the sales team for product, delivery and pricing information.
• Design and price components available through Martin Sprocket & Gear, including made-to-order OEM parts.
• Secure and renew orders, coordinating with plants and locations to expedite orders.
• Prepare quotations and process orders in a fast-paced environment.
• Review customer specification packets and prints with the sales team to provide the best solution and design.
• Provide technical and non-technical support to inside and outside sales and other staff on product use and maintenance.
• Schedule: 1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
