Homeland Safety Systems is seeking an Engineering & Sales Coordinator in Shreveport, LA. This entry-level, on-site role blends engineering and sales support, turning blueprints into floorplans and coordinating between teams to move proposals forward.

You’ll build plans, map security systems with engineers, manage HubSpot CRM, and help prepare proposals while gaining a clear path to grow into engineering or sales. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• Bilingual (optional) is not required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills required.

Responsibilities

• Floorplan Design: Build facility floorplans in Visio from blueprints and photos.
• System Layout: Map security systems on floorplans for review.
• Proposal Support: Create Scopes of Work and proposals.
• Project Coordination: Move proposal work through engineering processes.
• Team Liaison: Update Sales, Engineering, and Operations.
