Job summary

Flowco is offering a two-year Engineering Rotational Program with three rotations across engineering, manufacturing, field operations, and production optimization. You will gain hands-on experience designing, building, deploying, and supporting products in the field.

You will work with experienced engineers and leaders, with mentorship and Flowco University development experiences to grow technically and professionally, exploring career paths and travel to Flowco locations.

Qualifications

• Recent graduates or graduating seniors with a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Petroleum Engineering from an accredited university.
• Strong analytical, technical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Demonstrated initiative, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to collaborate, communicate effectively, and work across teams.
• Interest in the energy industry and understanding of how engineering solutions create value for customers.
• Willingness to work in field, manufacturing, and operational environments.
• Flexibility to travel or relocate for rotational assignments.

Responsibilities
