Caterpillar’s Engineering Rotational Development Program (ERDP) is an entry‑level program designed to build your engineering skills across multiple teams. The majority of positions are in the United States, especially Peoria, Illinois, with relocation available and needs for travel as required.

You will complete 12 to 18 months of rotations, mentored and exposed to design, analysis, validation, and embedded software topics.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical, Electrical, Computer, Agricultural, or Aerospace Engineering; Engineering Technology; or related discipline.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0 (no rounding).
• Relocation and travel required; candidate must obtain degree before start date.
