Qualifications

• ABET-accredited degree required (bachelor's or master's) in Materials Engineering; Mechanical with materials minor may be considered.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0 (no rounding).
• Limited prior professional work experience (12 months max, excluding internships).
• Willing to relocate and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Participate in three 12-month rotational assignments across the Midwest.
• Develop materials engineering capabilities in areas like ferrous metallurgy, failure analysis, and quality engineering.
