Job summary

METTLER TOLEDO is launching an Early Career Program in Columbus, OH. The ECP Engineering Specialist role offers rotations across our production facility, distribution center, and North American headquarters, exposing you to Manufacturing Operations, Supply Chain, IT, and Marketing Analytics.

You will build dashboards, implement process improvements, and develop automation workflows to support sales and operations teams while growing professionally through mentoring and a strong alumni network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline from an accredited four-year college or university.
• Familiarity with, or interest in learning SAP. Must graduate by May 2027.
• Excellent Excel skills and strong Microsoft Office knowledge.
• Experience with one or more coding languages would be an asset.
• A global perspective, analytical mind set, and a flexible, open approach to learning our business from the ground up.
• Strong communication skills to interact successfully with our local and international teams.
• A take-charge attitude to your responsibilities, as demonstrated by on or off-campus leadership experience.
• A willingness to go the extra mile for others, displayed through current involvement in community service or a volunteer organization.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a rotational program across multiple Columbus locations including production, distribution, and North American headquarters.
• Design dashboards that display real-time updates on the production floor.
• Create automation workflows to accelerate data gathering and sharing for sales teams.
• Contribute to process improvements in warehouse operations and other business areas.
