The Early Career Program (ECP) at METTLER TOLEDO is a rotational program designed for recent graduates. As an ECP Financial Analyst, you’ll rotate across core teams to gain hands-on experience in corporate finance functions.

You'll contribute to Financial Reporting, Accounting, Global Pricing, and Internal Audit, expand your professional network, and participate in seminars, mentoring, and governance activities. Relocation to Columbus, OH will be required.

The Early Career Program (ECP) is a rotational program that introduces college graduates to METTLER TOLEDO, a leading global manufacturing company.As an ECP Financial Analyst, you’ll gain experience, tackle challenges, and expand your professional network and skill set while completing rotations across our core teams. You’ll gain an in-depth understanding of an array of corporate finance functions, such as Financial Reporting, Accounting, Global Pricing, and Internal Audit. You'll conduct pricing analyses, support month-end and year-end close, investigate customer profitability, conduct audits to test operational controls at off-site locations, and more.As a well-established rotational program that has been in operation for over 35 years, ECP boasts a robust alumni network of leaders throughout the company dedicated to coaching and mentoring current participants.

The selected candidate will be required to relocate to the Columbus, OH area if not already local.
