METTLER TOLEDO is launching an Early Career Program (ECP) Financial Analyst role in Columbus, OH. Graduates selected for the program will rotate through core finance teams, gaining hands-on experience in Financial Reporting, Accounting, Global Pricing, and Internal Audit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting from an accredited four-year college or university. Must graduate by May 2027.
• Excellent Excel skills and strong Microsoft Office knowledge. Some experience with, or willingness to learn a coding or programming language, for working with the software we use for financial reporting and analysis.
• A global perspective, analytical mind set, and a flexible, open approach to learning our business from the ground up
• Strong communication skills to interact successfully with our local and international teams
• A take-charge attitude to your responsibilities, as demonstrated by on or off-campus leadership experience
• A willingness to go the extra mile for others, displayed through involvement in community service or a volunteer organization
• The ability to begin working full-time in Columbus, OH in June 2027.

Responsibilities

• As an ECP Financial Analyst, you’ll gain experience, tackle challenges, and expand your professional network and skill set while completing rotations across our core teams.
• You’ll gain an in-depth understanding of an array of corporate finance functions, such as Financial Reporting, Accounting, Global Pricing, and Internal Audit.
• You’ll conduct pricing analyses, support month-end and year-end close, investigate customer profitability, conduct audits to test operational controls at off-site locations, and more.
• Engagement opportunities include program committee, quarterly leadership presentations, networking events, seminars and mentoring a summer intern.
