Charter Casting is launching a Process Engineering Rotational Program in Shawano, WI. It targets December 2026 graduates with a Bachelor's in Materials Science & Engineering and offers 12–18 month rotations across process engineering, supervision, and technical services.

As a Rotational Engineer, you'll build a strong technical, operational, and problem‑solving foundation while gaining experience across multiple areas of our manufacturing operations. Through hands‑on learning, cross‑functional collaboration, and exposure to key manufacturing processes and technologies, you'll contribute to continuous improvements in safety, quality, delivery, and cost. Throughout the program, you'll strengthen your ability to analyze complex systems, make data‑driven decisions, and implement sustainable solutions that improve operational performance.
This position may include access to controlled information or technology under U.S. export control laws. Employment may be contingent on either the applicant verifying that the applicant falls under the “U.S. Person” definition (including U.S. citizens, U.S. lawful permanent residents, and those granted U.S. asylum or refugee status) or the employer timely obtaining any necessary export license under federal law.
