Qualifications

  • New engineering graduates with a BS or MS in Mechanical, Biomedical (Bioengineering), Materials, Electrical, Chemical, or related discipline.
  • Expected Graduation date between August 2026 and June 2027
  • Excellent academic record
  • Relevant internship or co-op experience
  • Willingness to relocate annually during the three-year program
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Responsibilities

  • Work under the supervision of an R&D manager to develop and maintain medical technology and devices.
  • Design, develop, and test medical devices while following medical device regulations and quality processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, analysts, scientists, and quality, regulatory, and marketing groups to understand patient and healthcare provider needs.
  • Participate in design reviews, device testing, and providing regular status updates.
