Qualifications
- 3-6 months work/course related experience.
- Engineering student must prove CAD/Manufacturing skills.
- Advanced CAD design using SolidWorks and 3D printing.
- Manual milling, drilling, boring, tapping with high tolerance.
- Sheet metal forming, cutting, bending and welding.
- Fabrication: cutting (saws, laser), fitting and TIG welding aluminum.
- Electrical schematics and wiring for automation.
- Assembly: mechatronics, sensors, pneumatics and actuators.
Responsibilities
- Advanced CAD design and 3D printing support.
- Manual machining including milling and drilling.
- Fabrication and welding of automation components.
