Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Successful completion of algebra or above with grade C or better required.
• D.C. and A.C. electricity courses completed or equivalent from a university/college required.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls and emails to gather details for customer-requested projects.
• Use training and company computer systems to initiate, engineer, and complete standard design customer requests.
• Assist with initiation of non-standard customer projects by asking questions and entering clear notes to support other departments.
• Participate in quality monitoring and coaching sessions to ensure customer interactions meet company standards.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers and colleagues across departments, focusing on customer satisfaction.
• Support team members as needed by assisting with workload.
• Help train new employees on job responsibilities and computer systems.
