• Experience recruiting for highly skilled technical positions and navigating competitive talent markets.
• Strong sourcing and networking skills with demonstrated success identifying passive candidates.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-cycle recruitment for engineering and technical manufacturing positions, including Product, Electrical, Mechanical, Process, Optics, Controls, Manufacturing, and Tooling Engineering roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to conduct intake and recruiting strategy meetings to understand technical requirements, business needs, desired candidate profiles, and hiring timelines.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify, attract, and engage passive engineering talent through networking, referrals, social media, industry events, professional organizations, and direct outreach.
• Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for anticipated hiring needs, succession planning efforts, growth initiatives, and upcoming retirements.
• Conduct phone screens and preliminary interviews to assess technical experience, qualifications, cultural fit, and career interests.
• Coordinate candidate interviews, facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.
• Provide hiring managers with candidate evaluations, interview feedback summaries, market intelligence, and recruiting recommendations.
• Manage candidate activity and maintain accurate recruiting data within the ATS, ensuring process compliance and data integrity.
• Maintain current knowledge of EEO and related hiring laws and best practices.
• Continuously evaluate recruiting processes and recommend improvements that increase efficiency, enhance candidate experience, and improve hiring outcomes.
• Support additional recruiting initiatives and projects based on business needs and organizational priorities.
