Samtec, a global leader in interconnect solutions, is seeking a Technical Recruiter for its U.S. operations.

This on-site role in New Albany IN focuses on full-cycle recruitment for engineering and technical manufacturing positions, partnering with managers to define requirements and timelines. You will build proactive talent pipelines, conduct screens and interviews, and manage candidate communications and ATS data.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of recruiting experience with a strong emphasis on engineering, technical, or manufacturing roles.
• Experience sourcing passive candidates and building pipelines.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Jobvite preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide full-cycle recruitment for engineering and technical manufacturing positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements, timelines, and candidate profiles.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive talent.
• Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for anticipated hiring needs and growth.
• Conduct phone screens and preliminary interviews to assess technical fit and career interests.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Provide evaluations, feedback summaries, and recruiting recommendations to managers.
• Maintain accurate recruiting data within the ATS and ensure compliance.
