Primary Services in Houston seeks an Engineering Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for highly skilled engineering, production, maintenance, operations, and construction professionals supporting complex industrial facilities and capital projects.

The role combines strategic sourcing, candidate evaluation, and offer negotiation while building lasting client relationships and contributing to major energy projects.

Formación

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical or engineering recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting engineering, maintenance, production, operations, or construction professionals.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean sourcing, job boards, and passive candidate outreach.
• Experience managing technical candidate pipelines, multiple requisitions, and full-cycle hiring processes.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Familiarity with employment regulations affecting technical and industrial recruitment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for engineering roles across mechanical, electrical, process, and maintenance.
• Recruit operations managers, supervisors, plant leadership, EPC project managers, and construction professionals.
• Build candidate pipelines via LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, job boards, referrals.
• Engage passive technical candidates in petrochemical and heavy industry markets.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and priorities.
• Screen for technical fit and industry experience.
• Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and place candidates.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment activity in ATS/CRM.
• Collaborate with HR on workforce planning and recruitment initiatives.
