Job summary

KPFF Seattle is looking for a Proposal Coordinator to join a fun, collaborative marketing team and support our proposal efforts in the downtown Seattle office. The successful candidate will support the development of proposals and marketing materials.

As Proposal Coordinator, you will be an integral member of a team involved with developing proposals, interpreting RFPs, coordinating award pursuits, and maintaining our database of pursuits and projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and InDesign.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work as part of a team on concurrent, deadline-driven projects.

Responsibilities

Developing proposals and qualifications, including technical writing, editing, and proofreading.
Interpreting RFP requirements and researching background materials.
Coordinating preparation and application of industry award pursuits.
Liaising with marketing staff in our other offices.
Maintaining our database of proposal pursuits and projects.
Learning our project and client portfolio.
