Job summary

Qualifications

• Administrative experience in a hospitality or resort environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Nuvola or hotel maintenance software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet high quality standards.
• Monitor repair requests and notify leaders of prolonged or unassigned requests.
• Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly maintenance reports.
• Document and follow up on work orders and expedite units back into inventory.
• Communicate unit issues with Owner Relations and other departments.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records in Nuvola.
• Assist with scheduling installation of door hardware.
• Operate a golf cart and comply with safety rules.
