Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree or higher in engineering technology, construction management, or a related field is preferred.
• At least two years of experience in administrative support within an engineering, construction, or facilities management environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with project management or document control software.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track engineering and maintenance projects within the park, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget constraints.
• Maintain and organize all engineering documentation, including plans, permits, contracts, and inspection reports.
• Serve as a liaison between engineering staff, contractors, vendors, and park management to facilitate clear communication and efficient project execution.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of regulatory compliance documents and permit applications related to park infrastructure.
• Support procurement activities by preparing bid documents, evaluating proposals, and managing purchase orders for engineering-related supplies and services.
• Monitor project progress and prepare detailed status reports for senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure all engineering activities comply with applicable safety standards, environmental regulations, and park policies.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of daily invoices
