Job summary

Peachtree Group is seeking an Engineering Supervisor to provide technical and administrative support to the Chief Engineer and oversee maintenance operations across hotel facilities. The role covers preventative maintenance, equipment checks, and ensuring all projects follow specifications and timelines.

The position requires supervising activities, monitoring energy usage, and enforcing safety procedures, including lock out-tag out per OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• Hotel maintenance and engineering experience is preferred.
• Ability to supervise and provide administrative support to the Chief Engineer.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and administrative support to the Chief Engineer.
• Maintain maintenance and preventative maintenance across facilities (refrigeration, HVAC, plumbing, water treatment, lighting, kitchen equipment, generators, etc.).
• Monitor energy and water consumption.
• Ensure all projects meet specifications and timelines.
• Follow lock out-tag out procedures per OSHA standards.
• Perform guestroom and public area maintenance as outlined.
• Report safety and security concerns promptly.
• Manage inventories and maintain workspace cleanliness.
• Attend monthly staff meetings and complete projects as directed.
