Qualifications

• Two-year technical degree or greater.
• Experience in engine testing or manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of BIQ/AQE processes.
• Ability to develop and maintain dashboards and track performance KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead 3600 factory end-of-line test efficiency projects.
• Improve First Crank Acceptance (FCA) and First Test Acceptance (FTA) performance metrics.
• Partner with factory personnel to identify, manage, and resolve BIQ and AQE issues.
• Provide technical leadership across manufacturing, quality, and engineering teams.
• Develop and maintain dashboards that track: Active quality issues, Corrective actions, Resolution status, Performance trends and KPIs.
