T&M Associates is seeking a skilled and experienced Engineering Project Portfolio Manager (PPM) to oversee a collection of civil engineering projects and ensure their alignment with T&M’s organization-wide goals. This opportunity is available in any of our regions including NJ, PA or OH.
The Project Portfolio Manager will work on projects across all 5 of T&M’s primary markets, including Transportation, Water, Environmental, Building Services and Community & Land Development. This individual will work closely with Regional Business Managers, Department Managers, and project teams to prioritize, manage, and deliver successful projects that contribute to T&M’s strategic objectives in these markets.
This individual will also offer project management related mentorship and standards development for those within T&M’s project management community. PPM’s may directly manage projects themselves in addition to overseeing a broader portfolio.

T&M Associates is committed to pay transparency and equitable compensation practices in compliance with applicable laws, including the New Jersey Equal Pay Act. T&M estimates that the salary range for this position will fall between $126,000 - $164,000. The actual salary offered may vary within this range, depending on a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, educational qualifications, specific skills and knowledge, as well as internal pay equity and geographic location.
