Your Role & Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end project portfolio management activities aligned with strategic business goals
• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess project proposals, track progress, and manage dependencies
• Drive SAP S/4HANA program governance and contribute to successful delivery of large-scale ERP projects
• Utilize data and metrics to report on portfolio health, risk, and performance
• Partner with IT and business teams to balance priorities and manage change effectively

Skills & Experience You Should Possess

• 5+ years of experience in Project Portfolio Management (PPM) in enterprise environments
• Strong background working within SAP S/4HANA implementations or transformation initiatives
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and align execution with business strategy
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills
• Familiarity with tools like SAP Project System (SAP PS), SAP PPM, or similar project tracking platforms

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Certifications in SAP S/4HANA or project management methodologies (PMP, Prince2, etc.)
• Experience with Agile, SAFe, or hybrid project management environments
• Exposure to change management or business transformation practices

Education & Certifications You Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Project Management certification is a plus but not required
