Job summary

Focus Consulting seeks an experienced Transportation Professional Engineer (PE) to lead project delivery for Utah Department of Transportation (UDOT) initiatives. Qualifications

• Active PE license required to practice in Utah.
• Proven track record delivering UDOT projects.
• Strong proposal process experience with multiple project types.
• Ability to develop others and lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with UDOT PMs and staff to support project delivery.
• Lead project scope, schedule, budget, and deliverables.
• Develop proposals and identify opportunities for new work with UDOT and clients.
• Ensure designs meet UDOT standards and municipal codes.
