Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering or construction management (or related field).
• Four or more years of related experience with at least one year of supervisory duties.

Responsibilities

• Oversee permitting processes, private development, and right‑of‑way management.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of assigned engineering projects.
• Develop and manage project budgets and schedules; monitor expenditures.
• Direct design professionals, consultants, and contractors to ensure quality and compliance.
• Enforce the Right‑of‑Way Ordinance and coordinate with utility providers.
