Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder skills.

Responsibilities

Lead capital projects from concept development and budgeting through installation, startup, and handoff.
Manage a portfolio of manufacturing, automation, equipment, and facility improvement projects.
Improve production flow, throughput, equipment performance, and operational efficiency.
Identify bottlenecks and opportunities for process improvement.
Coordinate OEMs, contractors, engineering firms, and equipment vendors.
Support automation and modernization initiatives across operations.
Track budgets, schedules, risks, and deliverables; ensure safe, on-time completion.
