Reporting to the Senior Engineering Project Manager, the Engineering Project Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of capital and operational improvement projects within a manufacturing environment. This individual will work closely with engineering, maintenance, and production teams to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget while supporting overall business objectives.

• Proficiency with project and design software, including CAD applications, Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands and effectively coordinate resources.
• Working knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems commonly found in manufacturing operations.
• Experience supporting projects in a private-sector production or manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to collaborate across departments, influence stakeholders, and lead teams toward shared objectives.
• Results-oriented professional with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Comfortable presenting project plans, timelines, and updates using scheduling and project management tools.
• Willingness to spend time on the production floor partnering with operations and technical teams throughout project execution.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and proactive, with a continuous-improvement mindset.
• Ability to travel up to 25% in support of projects at additional company locations.
