Job summary

Stratus is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the delivery of engineering projects, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing scope, schedule, and budget from concept through construction.

You will lead a team of 4-5 engineers, ensure adherence to codes and standards, and collaborate with clients and stakeholders while supporting business development and mentoring junior staff in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from ABET-accredited university.
• 5-7+ years of design engineering or project management experience.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and projects.
• Experience with project management software such as Deltek, MS Project or Primavera P6.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering projects from concept to completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Manage a team of 4-5 engineers.
• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to meet expectations.
• Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and client requirements.
• Support business development and proposal writing.
• Mentor junior engineers and project managers.
• Oversee design drawings, calculations, and technical documents.
• Close out projects with punch lists and final inspections.
