Stratus is seeking a Project Manager to oversee engineering projects from concept to completion. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage scope, schedule, and budgets, and ensure client expectations are met with high technical standards.

You will lead a 4-5 engineer team, maintain schedules, and collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver projects that comply with codes and quality expectations. Stratus supports hybrid work and professional growth.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience in design engineering, project management, or engineering consulting.
• Proficiency in project management software (Deltek, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6).
• Experience identifying project risks, assessing potential impacts, and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to guide teams through complex projects.

Responsabilités

• Lead engineering projects from concept through construction completion, meeting goals, timelines and budgets.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Manage and lead a team of 4-5 engineers.
• Serve as primary client contact, providing updates and addressing concerns.
• Coordinate with internal teams and contractors to integrate systems into designs.
• Oversee drawings, calculations, and technical documents for accuracy.
