Davis-Standard is seeking a Project Manager to oversee multiple projects from order receipt through commissioning in Pawcatuck, CT. You will ensure schedules, budgets, and customer objectives are met while coordinating with engineering, planning, and service teams.

The role requires a four-year engineering degree, at least 5 years of project management experience in a manufacturing setting, and travel as needed. Strong MS Office and MRP/ERP skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Four-year engineering degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years project management experience in an engineered component/manufacturing environment.
• Travel is required to support project execution.

Responsabilités

• Hold requisite meetings during the project cycle; kickoff, integration, pre-assembly, pre-test, and customer FAT.
• Serve as primary customer point of contact from order receipt through commissioning.
• Confirm project budget and timeline are attainable during kickoff.
• Provide weekly status updates to the sales team.
• Input and maintain milestone dates in MRP System.
• Manage customer invoicing schedule.
• Generate purchase requisitions for resale items.
• Monitor costs throughout the project cycle and take action on any potential overruns.
• Oversee customer Factory Acceptance Tests as needs.
• Coordinate line startup and commissioning with customers and service department.
