Job summary

KCO Resource Management is seeking a Project Engineering Manager to lead engineering initiatives at a New York manufacturing site with occasional travel to nearby facilities. You will oversee scope, schedule, and budget for capital projects, driving on-time delivery and resource efficiency.

The role requires a degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering and 7–10 years in manufacturing, plus 4+ years in project management.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in mechanical, industrial, or electrical fields.
• 7–10 years manufacturing experience (food, beverage, or pharma preferred).
• 4+ years in project management with CapEx responsibilities.
• Ability to adapt to frequent changes, delays, or events.

Responsibilities

• Review proposals to determine time frames, funding, and procedures.
• Allocate staff and resources across project phases.
• Direct and coordinate project teams to meet schedule and budget.
• Prepare reports for management and clients.
• Provide technical guidance and resolve project issues.
• Coordinate with government/regulatory agencies as needed.
• Travel to other facilities regularly.
