Job summary

The Foth Companies is seeking an experienced Engineering Project Manager – Consumer Products to lead capital and improvement projects for manufacturing clients in the Food & Beverage sector. This role is the primary client interface and drives scope development through start-up, often working from multiple U.S.

locations or remotely. You will direct multi-discipline teams, manage budgets, schedules, and safety plans, and collaborate with construction and OEM partners to deliver on time and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent technical experience.
• Experience leading capital projects and multi-discipline teams.
• Food & Beverage manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client interface, guiding scope development, proposal support, issue resolution, and long-term client relationships.
• Lead planning and execution of multi-discipline capital projects within budget, schedule, and contract requirements.
• Direct and manage project teams, subcontractors, and vendors; anticipate staffing needs and provide feedback.
• Manage project scope, including documentation and changes, with approvals.
• Coordinate procurement of equipment, materials, and installation services; evaluate bids.
• Support installation, tuning, startup activities; coordinate OEMs and contractors.
• Develop and promote adherence to safety plans and client standards.
• Identify efficiencies and opportunities for business development through project delivery.
• Travel approximately 25–35%.
