Job summary

MBDA is seeking an Engineering Project Manager to lead electronic engineering initiatives from bid to delivery. You will coordinate engineers, suppliers and customers to ensure great products reach production, while fostering a collaborative, learning-focused team.

You will drive plans, schedules and budgets, mentor coordinators, and contribute to bids and supply chain improvements. Flexible hybrid working and generous leave accompany competitive rewards.

• Confidence planning and managing schedules, budgets and risk, ideally with Primavera P6.
• A technical degree (ideally electronics) or equivalent experience.

Are you an established Engineering Project Manager looking for an exciting challenge? You'll lead electronic engineering projects from bid to delivery, working with engineers, suppliers and customers to get great products out of the door. • Help us improve how we deliver, and share what works, Employees receive 25 days of paid annual leave per calendar year, in addition to all statutory and public holidays.

Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 depending on experience Time Type: Full time or Part time Dynamic (hybrid) working: Where possible, we will seek to accommodate a blended approach to on-site and remote working - such as being onsite when necessary to work with people and collaborate, then working from home and around family commitments to be your most efficient. This role could be full time or part time: 4 or 5 days per week. We are flexible and accommodating. It would be beneficial to be on-site 2 or 3 days a week, depending on the project needs; and working remotely other days.
