LVI Associates in Cincinnati, OH is seeking an Engineering Project Manager to lead complex industrial capital projects across multiple sectors. This client-facing leadership role runs projects from early scope development through successful execution, coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams and maintaining strong client relationships.

• Bachelors in Engineering.
• 8+ years of project management in EPC/EPCM or industrial settings.
• Experience leading capital projects from concept to execution.

• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead industrial EPC/EPCM projects from initiation through completion.
• Develop scopes, execution plans, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Manage profitability, forecasting, and financial performance.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams across project execution.
• Serve as primary client contact and key stakeholder liaison.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and client satisfaction.
• Manage scope changes, risks, and contract requirements.
• Review engineering deliverables and project documentation.
• Identify opportunities for additional work within existing accounts.
• Drive continuous improvement of project delivery processes.

This is a client-facing leadership role responsible for driving projects from early scope development through successful execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead industrial EPC/EPCM projects from initiation through completion
• Develop project scopes, execution plans, schedules, budgets, and resource plans
• Manage project profitability, forecasting, and financial performance
• Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams across project execution
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to client expectations

• Review and oversee engineering deliverables and project documentation
• Coordinate internal and external resources to support project success
• Build and maintain strong client relationships

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
• 8+ years of Project Management experience within EPC, EPCM, engineering consulting, or industrial project environments
• Experience managing industrial capital projects from concept through execution
• Strong understanding of front-end engineering and detailed design processes
• Proven experience managing project budgets, schedules, and project teams
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary engineering resources
• Strong client-facing communication and relationship management skills
• Demonstrated success delivering projects on time and within budget
• Experience in one or more of the following industries:
