Job summary

Didion Milling, Inc. is seeking a seasoned engineer to lead major capital projects across our biofuels manufacturing operations in Wisconsin.

You will own projects from concept development through commissioning and startup, collaborating with Operations, Maintenance, Reliability, Safety, and Leadership teams to deliver practical, sustainable solutions. You will drive equipment upgrades, process improvements, and facility expansion initiatives while aligning budgets, schedules, and contractor

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering.
  • 5+ years of engineering, project management, or capital project experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
  • Experience leading projects from concept through implementation and startup.
  • Strong budgeting, contractor management, commissioning, and project controls.
  • Experience in ethanol, renewable fuels, grain processing, food manufacturing, chemical processing, or other continuous-process manufacturing environments preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and aligned with operational goals

What We're Looking For
