Job summary

Didion Milling, Inc. in Cambria, WI is seeking a night-shift Production Operator to operate and monitor production equipment, ensure quality and safety, troubleshoot issues, and maintain production records.

This role offers a night shift from 5:45 pm to 6:00 am, a Wednesday-Friday schedule with every-other Saturday, plus a $3/hour night-shift premium and 40 extra hours of paid time off. You’ll be part of a team producing sustainable biofuels and have opportunities for growth through ongoing

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
• Experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work night shifts.

Responsibilities
