Job summary

Didion, Inc. is seeking a Senior Engineer to lead major capital projects in biofuels manufacturing.

You will manage projects from concept through startup, collaborating with Operations, Maintenance, Reliability, Safety, and Leadership to deliver practical, sustainable solutions in a growing business. You will own scopes of work, budgets, schedules, and contractor management, driving equipment upgrades and facility expansion while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance across our ethanol and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering required.
5+ years of engineering, project management, or capital project experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
Experience leading projects from concept through implementation and startup.
Strong budgeting, contractor management, commissioning, and project controls.
Experience in ethanol, renewable fuels, grain processing, food manufacturing, chemical processing, or other continuous-process environments preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead capital projects through planning, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and startup.
Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, contractors, and project risks.
Develop scopes of work, bid packages, contractor strategies, and execution plans.
Drive equipment upgrades, process improvements, and facility expansion initiatives.
Collaborate across Operations, Maintenance, Reliability, Safety, and Leadership teams to deliver practical, sustainable solutions.
