The position focuses on maintaining integrated plans, metrics, and change management aligned with program requirements. The candidate will support risk assessments, gather data, and collaborate with engineering teams across Puget Sound sites to ensure schedule adherence and stakeholder commitment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and typically 3+ years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 1+ years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong Excel skills with large data sets and metrics reporting.
• Experience hosting meetings with engineering teams to collect status, document risks and issues.
• Experience presenting status to leadership and creating weekly status reports.

Responsibilities

• Supports preparation, development, coordination, scheduling, and change management activities to maintain an integrated plan.
• Maintains metrics related to plans and provides data updates on program status.
• Assists experienced personnel with risk assessments and mitigation planning.
• Coordinates documentation and schedules; reports performance variances and plan changes to stakeholders.
• Communicates recovery plans to ensure commitment from stakeholders.
